You’re Doin’ Too Much

Your level of self-love and trust can be found in how you answer super simple questions in your daily life.

If someone asks you why do you ‘xyz’, do you give a simple answer? Or do you immediately seek to not only answer, but make sure they agree with it?

‘Why do you post on social media?’

‘Why do you work part time?’

‘Why do you dress that way?’

‘Why do you cosleep?’

My answer is ‘Because I want to.’

That’s it. No other reason or explanation is needed.

I challenge you to give the short and sweet answer next time, instead of a novel to explain and rationalize your life choices to people who aren’t even living your life.

It’s quite empowering and freeing.
